Every weather event explained. How to maximize mutations and which events matter most.
Weather events temporarily boost specific mutation rates. Rain boosts Rainbow (5x value), Volcanic is the ONLY time Volcanic mutations (8x value) can occur, and Meteor events boost Celestial (10x value). Always have your best crops planted before rare events start.

All Weather Events
Rain
The most common weather event. Rain doubles your chance of getting the Rainbow mutation (5x value) on any harvested crop.

Strategy
Always have your highest-value seeds planted before rain starts. If you have Dragon Fruit or other Rare+ seeds ready to harvest, wait for rain to begin before harvesting.

Unicorn — doubles Rainbow chance, stacking with rain for 4x Rainbow probability
Snow
Snow events boost Frozen mutation chance. Frozen is an Uncommon mutation (2x value) — less valuable than Rainbow but worth pursuing with the right crops.

Strategy
Plant Uncommon or Rare seeds before a snow event. The Frozen mutation on a Grape (240 coins) is decent but snow is less impactful than rain or volcanic events.

Volcanic
The Volcanic event is the ONLY time the Volcanic mutation (8x value) can occur. This is the most impactful farming opportunity in the entire game.

Strategy
CRITICAL: Have your highest-value Legendary seeds ready to harvest when a Volcanic event starts. Volcanic on a Dragon Fruit = 6,400 coins. Never waste a Volcanic event on Common seeds.

Dragon — specifically boosts Volcanic mutation chance. Essential for this event.
⚠️ The Volcanic event is rare. When it triggers, everything else becomes secondary. Stop other activities and harvest your best crops immediately.
Night / Meteor
Meteor shower night events are the best time to pursue the Celestial mutation (10x value — the highest standard mutation in the game).

Strategy
Same as Volcanic — have your best crops planted and ready. Celestial on any Legendary crop is the single highest value individual harvest possible.

Celestial Owl (Mythical) — massively boosts Celestial chance. Otherwise use Dragon pet.
⚠️ Celestial mutations are extremely rare even during meteor events. Treat them as a bonus rather than a reliable income strategy.
Clear / Sunny
Clear weather is the default state between events. Standard mutation rates apply. A good time to harvest Common crops but hold Rare+ seeds for an upcoming event.

During clear weather focus on Common crop cycles to maintain coin flow. Check the sky regularly — event weather provides visual cues before full activation.

Golden Rules for Event Farming
Always plant before the event starts ⏰
Weather events affect crops at harvest — not at planting. But you need crops ready to harvest during the event window. Plant 1-2 grow cycles before an event is due.
Never harvest just before a Volcanic or Meteor event ⏸️
If you see a Volcanic or Meteor event starting, hold your harvests. Wait for the event to fully activate before collecting your crops.
Match pet to event 🐾
Unicorn for Rain, Dragon for Volcanic, Celestial Owl for Meteor. Having the wrong pet during a rare event is a significant missed opportunity.
Prioritize your best seeds 📈
A Volcanic mutation on a Carrot is worth 80 coins. A Volcanic mutation on Dragon Fruit is worth 6,400 coins. Event benefits scale enormously with seed quality.
Rare events take priority over everything 🚨
When a Volcanic or Meteor event triggers stop whatever else you are doing in the game. These events are rare and the value difference is enormous.
Event Priority — Which Matters Most
Volcanic (HIGHEST PRIORITY)
Only time Volcanic (8x) can occur. Stop everything when this triggers. A single Rainbow Dragon Fruit during this event is game-changing.
Meteor Night (HIGH PRIORITY)
Only boosted time for Celestial (10x). Rare — treat like Volcanic. This is the only way to get the most valuable standard mutation in the game.
Rain (REGULAR PRIORITY)
Common but valuable. Rainbow (5x) chance doubled. Always use rain well. It is the most consistent way to boost your hourly income.
Snow (LOW PRIORITY)
Frozen mutation (2x) boost. Decent but less impactful than other events. Good for Uncommon seeds like Watermelon.
Clear (FARM COMMONS)
Standard rates. Good time to cycle through Common seeds for steady income. Use this time to prepare for the next event.

if ur early game just spam carrots and strawberries until u can afford a fox pet. the coin bonus makes saving for rare seeds way faster
Rainbow Dragon Fruit with a Unicorn pet active = best money in the game. takes a while to set up but once u get there the grind gets easy
volcanic event tip: have AT LEAST legendary crops planted before it triggers. volcanic mutation on a moon flower is insane value
dont sell rainbow crops straight away. check trades first. sometimes another player will trade a mythical seed for one good rainbow legendary
bunny + fertilizer combo lowkey carries early-mid game. grow time goes down and mutation chance goes up at the same time
